As Seen Fit, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the As Seen Fit mobile application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: username, email, password (or OAuth identifier if you sign in with Google or Apple), profile picture, optional display name.
  • Body measurements: height, weight, and gender — used to provide accurate clothing size recommendations.
  • Photos & outfits: body photos you upload for virtual try-on, garment images, AI-generated outfit images, wardrobe items, outfit names, tags, descriptions, and favorites.
  • Stylist interactions: prompts and responses from the Personal Stylist (rate, suggest, find) features.
  • Preferences: styling preferences, favorite brands, enhancement requests, and votes.
  • Support communications: messages you send us.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs.
  • Usage analytics: screens viewed, generation events (started, completed, failed), subscription events, and aggregate interaction patterns to improve the Service.
  • Generation performance: anonymized timing metrics for AI generation (duration, success/failure) to monitor service quality.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may receive or process data:

  • Google Gemini (AI provider) — to power virtual try-on, sizing recommendations, and stylist responses, we send the following data to Google’s Gemini API: your body photos, garment images, and any text prompts you submit to the stylist. We do not send your account email, password, or payment information to Gemini. Per Google’s Gemini API terms, paid API requests are not used by Google to train its models, and inputs/outputs are retained only for the limited period needed to provide the service and ensure quality and safety. Google is contractually required to protect your data with safeguards substantially similar to ours. For more information, see Google’s Gemini API Terms and Privacy Policy. By creating an account and using the AI features of As Seen Fit, you agree to your data being processed by Gemini for these purposes.
  • Mixpanel — for product analytics. Receives event data including username, subscription tier, and platform. Does not receive your photos.
  • RevenueCat — for subscription management. Receives your username and purchase history.
  • Supabase — for authentication and database storage of your account, outfits, and preferences.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for image storage (S3) and content delivery (CloudFront). Stores your generated outfit images and profile pictures.
  • Google Sign-In and Apple Sign In With Apple — for social authentication, when you choose those sign-in methods.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — for app distribution and in-app subscription billing.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the Service.
  • Generate AI try-on images and styling recommendations.
  • Personalize your experience and recommendations.
  • Process subscription payments.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and marketing.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, AI, payments).
  • For legal reasons when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
  • In a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which will remove your profile, outfits, and associated data, subject to limited retention for legal or security purposes.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure your data receives adequate protection wherever it is processed.
